Hazelburn 1997 Single Malt Scotch 18 yr

Beautiful citrus peel and sea spray with notes of vanilla and toffee. Herbal and malty with a great balance of vanilla and caramelized fruits on the back of the mouth.
The finish is pleasant with notes of cacao nibs and spice lingering for quite some time.


Kilkerran Single Malt Scotch 12 yr

Oak notes are dominant, followed by toasted marshmallows and dried fruit pudding, as well as cherries, marzipan and a hint of peat. Initially fruity with citrus notes and orange peel, followed by vanilla, butterscotch, honeycomb, and biscuits. Finish is velvet and smooth with lemon meringue which flows into slightly salty notes.


Longrow Peated Single Malt Scotch

Very creamy, vanilla custard at the onset. Smoke develops gradually with hints of toasted marshmallows, herbs, and rich nuts woven in. Incredibly well balanced, rich and creamy with a slight medicinal hint. The smoke is always present, washing over the palate in waves. the finish is gently smoke that lingers and lingers leaving you yearning for more. 


Vicomte French Single Malt Whisky 8 yr

Distinct fruit notes give away to a balanced spice on the tongue before presenting an unparalleled sweetness achieved from aging in cognac soaked barrels. Vicomte is placed into new French Oak barrels to mature before finishing in Cognac barrels to provide an unmatched yet balanced expression of fruit, spice, vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood.


Usquaebach Blended Scotch Whisky 15 yr

The nose features sun-dried fruits, pineapple, and espresso beans, while the palate entertains with stout baking spices and a luxurious sweetness.

Jack Ryan Centenary Single Barrel Irish Whisky 15 yr

Bright and lively with citrus fruits, pineapple, red apples, and orange fruit aromas. Touches of honey, beeswax, and gingerbread. Powerful and flavor packed with an instant hit of juicy citrus fruits followed by ginger, vanilla, and honey. Hints of marzipan and fresh apricots mingle in. The finish is quite spicy and oak infused with some persistent fruit. 


Yellow Spot Irish Whisky 12 yrs

The nose is peach and apricot with hints of sherried dried fruit and bourbon cask vanilla. The palate is equally fruity with a substantial body and velvety texture.
The finish is long and sweet with notes of marzipan and dried apricots. 


Jefferson’s Reserve Small Batch Bourbon

The nose is gentle with dried fruits, hay, hints of spice, cream, vanilla, and lovely sweetness. The palate is light and supple with pleasant sweetness, hints of gigas leaf, pepper, and toffee.
The finish is long, with good oak integration and a little sweetness. A dry spice lingers for some time. 


Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey 6 yr

The nose is dusty cocoa notes with oaky smoke underneath. The taste is dry and spicy, with a honeyed rye and cloves. The finish is soft vanilla and baking spices.
