Due to the holiday season, Martin Wine Cellar will not be able to review or consider requests that are submitted between November 15, 2018and January 14, 2019. Requests for donations for events that will occur during this time period and were received before November 15, 2018, have been reviewed and a response has been issued. All approved donations must be picked up by December 5 2018. Requests for donations for events that will occur after January 14, 2019 will be reviewed and considered in February 2019 and a response will be issued at that time.
Martin Wine Cellar prides itself on being active in the community and supporting local and regional organizations. All donation requests go through a committee review once a month, so please submit your information at least a month in advance of the event deadline. To be considered for the monthly review, you must submit your request before the 15th of each month, and Martin Wine Cellar will notify you if your request has been granted. Because Martin Wine Cellar receives an enormous number of reputable requests for funding and product donations far in excess of our resources, we unfortunately must decline many worthy projects and programs. We strive to honor long-standing commitments that we have in place, as we have forged many meaningful charitable relationships over the years. Additionally, Martin Wine Cellar will only make one donation per event approved. Submission of this form does not guarantee a charitable donation.
